Church Donor

Churches contribute a large portion of support to our missionaries. By checking the proper box on the form, your congregation can start giving to a U.S. Missions missionary or ministry immediately and receive world ministries credit.

Individual Donor

We encourage individuals to give to the cause of Christ in America. Please check the appropriate box on the form. If you are a first time donor, disregard the account number; one will be assigned to you on your first receipt.

We welcome checks and money orders made out to Assemblies of God U.S. Missions.

Please indicate missionary account number on the check.

If you decide not to give one month, you will not receive another offering form until you donate again.

You have the option of sending in your contribution with the Missionary Faith Promise form or wait for the information packet.
