At U.S. Missions, we are seeking missionaries who embody the heart of our mission: to fully invest their lives to SEEK the spiritually lost, SAVE lives through the transformative power of the gospel, and SEND them to be discipled in Assemblies of God churches and into a deeper relationship with God. This calling equips individuals to step into their God-given purpose—whether in the mission field, a life of ministry, or wherever He leads.

A U.S. Missionary embraces the Great Commission by stepping onto the frontlines of gospel outreach, personally fulfilling the call through direct engagement in ministry. The great majority of their time—following an 80/20 rule of thumb—should be spent doing ministry, with only a minority of their time spent teaching or equipping others to do ministry. This ensures that their primary focus remains on the transformative work of hands-on outreach and discipleship, living out the gospel in action.

A full-time opportunity for AG ministerial credential holders who have responded to the call of God and committed themselves to a lifetime of frontline missionary service. This position enjoys increased benefits, candidate orientation, and SEND training where formal appointment will be received.

U.S. Missions Missionary Manual

Career Associate

A flexible opportunity for AG ministerial credential holders to serve in a long-term missions career. This position enjoys candidate orientation and a lightened budgetary requirement. It can also provide a segue way to appointed missionary service.

Missions Associate

An opportunity for those with or without AG ministerial credentials to serve with U.S. Missions for up to three years. This strategic period develops a more comprehensive understanding of a career in missions while working under a seasoned ministry leader.

An opportunity for someone with no experience or credentials to serve under a seasoned ministry leader for up to a 10-month internship. This will provide a foundation for future ministry and the capacity to make a more informed decision about long-term missions involvement.
