Seek

Our vision is to ensure that every individual in the United States experiences the transformative power of the gospel of Jesus Christ and becomes a disciple serving in a local church.

Save

Our mission is to develop and empower nationwide ministries and outreaches that are strategic in evangelism and discipleship. We endorse and enable U.S. missionaries to share the gospel and to partner with Assemblies of God districts and ministry networks to fulfill the Great Commission.

Send

We support, endorse, and empower our missionaries to deliver the gospel strategically, collaborating with the Assemblies of God districts, churches, and various ministry networks to achieve the Great Commission.

A U.S. missionary is called by God and sent by the Church as part of a nationwide ministry or outreach dedicated to share the gospel with diverse groups who may not easily hear or be reached.

Core Values

1. Christ-Centered
Everything we do flows from our relationship with Jesus Christ — His example, His compassion, His mission.
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” — Luke 19:10
We keep Jesus at the center of every ministry, decision, and partnership.

2. Spirit-Empowered
We depend on the presence and power of the Holy Spirit to guide, convict, and empower us for effective ministry across America.
“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses…” — Acts 1:8

3. Vision-Driven
Our calling is to reach people in every community and subculture of America with the gospel — compassionately, creatively, and courageously.
He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Luke 10:2

4. Servant Leadership
We lead by serving — modeling humility, integrity, and love in all we do.
“Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.” — Matthew 20:26

5. Unity in Diversity
We celebrate the beauty of the body of Christ — every culture, generation, and background — working together for one mission.
“That all of them may be one, Father… so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” — John 17:21

6. Compassion in Action
We respond to human need with the heart of Christ, meeting both physical and spiritual needs.
“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.” — 1 John 3:18

7. Integrity and Stewardship
We honor God and those who partner with us by living with integrity, transparency, and accountability in all we manage.
“Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” — 1 Corinthians 4:2

8. Collaboration and Partnership
We believe in the power of the Church working together — missionaries, pastors, districts, and laypeople united for one cause.
“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor.” — Ecclesiastes 4:9

9. Innovation with Purpose
We seek fresh, Spirit-led methods to communicate an unchanging message in an ever-changing world.
“Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth.” — Psalm 96:1

10. Faithful Obedience
We say “yes” to God — wherever, whenever, and however He calls.
“Here am I. Send me!” — Isaiah 6:8
