CAREER MISSIONARY — READY NOW RECOVERY — ADULT & TEEN CHALLENGE

Looking for Career Missionaries to assist with expanding Ready Now across the Nation. These individuals would be state and regional representatives. Primary role would be to promote Ready Now to churches and other faith based community organizations. As well as overseeing new Ready Now Facilitators in their area. They would also be expected to facilitate a community support group, coordinate and participate in monthly outreach initiatives, administrative tasks such as weekly attendance reporting, outreach reporting, assisting facilitators with training, etc...

Requirements: 40+ hours weekly with 8hrs a week designated to donor maintenance. Technically proficient in internet research, productivity software, and cloud-based platforms. Be approachable, a good communicator, organized, strong time management, and faithful to their local church.

Training: 30+ hours of Ready Now training, Attend annual conferences, attend monthly representative meetings (via zoom)
